Penny Winn resigns as Port Waratah Chairperson

Penny Winn is stepping down as Chairperson and Non-Executive Director of Port Waratah Coal Services, effective 12 December 2019.

The announcement comes as Ms. Winn has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Coca-Cola Amatil, commencing 2 December.

Throughout her career, Ms. Winn has held numerous leadership and board level roles in retail, FMCG and logistics. Ms. Winn was appointed Port Waratah Chairperson in June 2015, and since that time has made significant and valuable contributions to the business.

In announcing Ms Winn’s resignation, Port Waratah CEO Hennie du Plooy acknowledged her positive influence and thanked her for her tenure.

We thank Penny for her commitment and the substantial contribution she has made to the ongoing improvements and future direction of our business, which will continue to be realised in the years to come.”
